You have a 30-day right of return from the date you receive your order, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
be unused
be in its original packaging
have all tags attached
Returns must be sent to the address provided in the return form.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return.
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For partial returns (when only part of an order is returned), only the value of the returned items will be refunded.

Hygiene items or sealed products where the seal has been broken

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Send the item back to the return address provided by us.
Once we have received your return, we will confirm it by email and initiate the refund process.
